Using the website

Calendar and tracking

You can track your well-being and coping with depression by answering questions using 1-10 sliders, furthermore your medical appointments.

  • Well-being tracking
    You can follow on a daily basis how your mood affects your quality of life, work or personal relationships (8 questions).
  • Coping tracking
    You can keep tracking of how much you have been able to master your thoughts and actions related to your mood, that is, how much you have been able to deal with any negative thoughts and emotions (5 questions).
  • The dates of your medical appointments can also be monitored – appointments can only be set by your healthcare professional. Icons in the calendar show the logs and appointment times: with blank icon or full icon (done in the past).

It is mandatory to answer all the questions to save the form. If you cannot answer a question, please switch the “irrelevant” button.

After saving your answers your data will be entered into a calendar where you can find the data you have entered so far, linked to dates. You can log directly by opening a specific day of the calendar. You can enter data for the current day and a week retrospectively, but future data cannot be recorded.

You can view your tracking data in a graphical form for the latest 3 months as a basic setting, but you can zoom in and out, and pan the diagram.

Reminders

  • Reminders for appointments: you will be reminded of the time of your next visit the day before the visit. Text messages (only if you activate sms notification on your Profile page) and email notifications set by your nurse.
  • Reminders for tracking:
    • The system will remind you in popup messages when you log in the website, if no values were specified for the previous day.
    • You will get email notification weekly, if no values were specified for the latest week.

Rewards

We provide certain motivational elements that symbolize rewards given to you for your achievements.

  • Badges: you can get different badges if you answer the questions regularly.  The acquired badges are coloured, the available ones are blank.
    • You can get different badges after giving relevant answers for the tracking questions. The collected badges can be followed on your reward page, but your progress is shown on pop up messages as well.
    • The longest continuous logging is worth a special badge. It is counted continuously until you track your condition every day (well-being and coping tracking too).
  • Coping tips: if you track your condition continuously for at least 5 days in two weeks, you receive a helpful tip about how to prevent your mood from affecting your life too much.

Login and profile

  • If you cannot log in to the website, you can ask for new password on the “Forgotten password” page.
  • You can change your name, mobile number, e-mail address and password, and you can (de)activate the sms notification for visits.
